The location was certainly central.

The room was tiny, I mean really tiny. Also , I found the self-service approach impersonal . I reminded me of I was checking myself into a hostel.

the location was acceptable and close to amenities.

the self check-in process was cumbersome. it felt impersonal and inefficient, particularly after a long journey. also, the room was smaller than anticipated, limiting space for luggage and movement.

subway station relaxation spot helpful staff fast elevators

The subway station access made transportation simple. The lounge offered a spot for relaxation after sightseeing. Staff members provided assistance . I appreciated the fast elevators for quick access throughout the building.

The wired ipad controlled all room functions. This presented a slight learning curve.

The staff was responsive and cute, attending to requests promptly. Check-in and check-out utilized computers, with employees available to assist guests with the process. Everything was efficient. Staff ensured a comfortable experience.

little fridge helpful staff no parking small room

The room had a little fridge. This was handy! the lounge area served as a bar in the evening, and it was nice. the staff were helpful, though.

There was no parking at the hotel, and i did not see that stated clearly. the rooms were very small. I was like i was climbing over my wife.

friendly staff helpful staff prompt response subdued lighting check-in process missing signage

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was exactly as advertised. i received prompt responses to my questions when i asked.

the check in process was not pleasant. the lighting was so subdued i couldn't see the displays to check myself in. i had to check myself in. there was no signage to explain how to use the lift
