the location was acceptable and close to amenities.
the self check-in process was cumbersome. it felt impersonal and inefficient, particularly after a long journey. also, the room was smaller than anticipated, limiting space for luggage and movement.

The subway station access made transportation simple. The lounge offered a spot for relaxation after sightseeing. Staff members provided assistance .
The wired ipad controlled all room functions. This presented a slight learning curve.

The hotel is located near a subway station. I appreciated the access to nearby restaurants. The hotel's location in relation to the airport express bus made airport transfers easy. The central location was perfect.

The room had a little fridge. This was handy! the lounge area served as a bar in the evening, and it was nice. the staff were helpful, though.
There was no parking at the hotel, and i did not see that stated clearly. the rooms were very small. I reminded me of i was climbing over my wife.

the staff was super friendly and helpful. the room was exactly as advertised. i received prompt responses to my questions when i asked.
the check in process was not pleasant. the lighting was so subdued i couldn't see the displays to check myself in. i had to check myself in.
