adequate stay, some issues noted
broken equipment smoking area
The gym was a letdown. Only four running machines existed and three were broken. this made it hard to get a proper workout. also, the patio area reeked of smoke because it was designated as a smoking zone even after I requested a non-smoking room. the hotel offered nescafe instead of real coffee, surprisingly for a supposed 5-star place

broken equipment limited options
The breakfast offered many options and was acceptable.
I was disappointed that I had to request toilet amenities. The gym had four running machines, but three were out of service. This lack of maintenance detracted from my experience and limited my workout options.

The business center services were severely lacking. It was just two computer desks in a small area. The music next door played SO loud. It disrupted my work and requests to resolve it met with poor customer service.
