the staff was friendly. chef sharifa. savior and merry were kind to us. naim was very hardworking and attentive. chef said made delicious eggs benedict. i had a great stay and would return.
the room felt a bit dusty. there were some sharp edges around the bed. the blanket had an unpleasant smell

I totally loved the spacious rooms. They felt super modern. very neat place! the location was perfect, so close to the mall. i really liked the friendly staff. The customer service was great too!
The fridge inside the room wasn't stocked with snacks or drinks.

The staff always greeted me with a friendly smile. I felt so welcome. the team made sure everything was perfect for me. extra towels and toiletries were provided immediately upon request.

Breakfast had plenty of tasty options. I could choose many things to eat. the restaurant also provided great indian vegetarian curries. i especially liked the fresh flatbreads they prepared each morning.

The hotel is near the mall and burj khalifa. This area is very accessible. a lot of nice restaurants and small stores are nearby too. i found transport options very easy to access from the hotel.
