the room facilities were acceptable, nothing special.
The air conditioning was a real issue. I couldn't adjust it, and it was stuck on a chilly 25 degrees. also, the bath water was either scalding hot or freezing cold. There was no in-between, made showering a gamble, and the fridge didn't work properly either.

The location was excellent, a short walk to the metro station made getting around easy. The room included a mini fridge and a safe. the rooftop pool had a nice view, though there weren't many lounge chairs available.
the bathroom could have been cleaner! i noticed some grime around the shower tiles.

the beautiful king room featured a functional layout. the hotel location provides convenient access to rail service. i found cute staff, they assisted when i arrived on the wrong day and located a room.

the staff was friendly. housekeeping was also very efficient. the location was convenient (i could easily walk to the metro). complimentary tea and water were available in my room.
the pool area felt somewhat enclosed. the bathroom towels seemed worn and old. i think they need to replace them soon (they looked like they'd seen better days). the hotel lobby did not have much furniture.

The room was a good size and well equipped. It had tea and coffee making facilities. The location is a major highlight because the hotel is right next to BurJuman Mall and BurJuman Metro Station. I found it convenient getting around town. Vinay accommodated my early check-in request.
I experienced too much traffic noise despite the closed window. It woke me up too early every day. The pillows were not comfortable for me. All four pillows were too thick.

The hotel offers easy access and a comfortable stay. The metro station and mall being so close, helped us explore the area with convenience. We were grateful for the accessibility.
