the customer service is great with each staff member remembering my name (it was such a welcome surprise). they are polite and communicative. i reminded me of i was returning to a home each time, not just a room in the hotel. joanna, tristan, sajani, elia, sajiid, and jyotti from the restaurant and lounge club are very nice!

i found the room was clean and spacious. the services were available around the clock which i found helpful. the staff members were friendly and efficient. i appreciated the quick assistance from the reception .
i noticed the minibar selection was limited and could offer more variety.

the king suite offered club lounge access for my seven-night stay the range of food in the feast restaurant impressed me. the club lounge featured different menus daily during afternoon tea and happy hour. i appreciated that i could order as much as i liked during happy hour in the club lounge.
