dirty bathroom one toilet roll
the breakfast felt cozy, like a gathering with friends thanks to abygail's warm welcome.
my room was not well cleaned, i saw crumbs on the carpet and hair in the bathtub. there was only one almost-empty toilet roll, inconvenient.

friendly staff helpful assistance
the restaurant staff were friendly, especially when i asked for tea. the front desk offered assistance for my luggage. i saw many people enjoy breakfast each morning. the hotel seemed prepared .
the television in my room had limited channels. i could not watch what i wanted. maintenance of the room seemed below standard. i noted some wear and tear.

the front desk provided quick check-in. i also observed staff offering support with luggage. requests were handled efficiently, but at times i found them a little slow.

The hotel includes a business center for travelers. i used the pool. It was clean. i did not use the gym. It had several treadmills. everything seemed functional.

Breakfast offered many choices, mostly western and some local dishes. the restaurant was generally clean. i only had the breakfast buffet. It satisfied my need for fuel.

poor air conditioning insects
the room was spacious enough.
The air conditioning was quite poor. It barely cooled the room. also, there were insects in the room (i even took pictures to show reception at checkout). i reported the issues but nothing happened.
