Fantastic Location and Friendly Staff
convenient access helpful information good variety
The location is superb with convenient access to the metro and local markets. Mr Bassem at reception provided helpful information for navigating the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes.
The bar service was slow . Sometimes, it lacked staff.

The room included air conditioning , a safe, and blackout curtains ensuring comfort. The room was cleaned daily , and fresh towels were provided. It also had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of drinks.
Facilities

The rooftop pool offered great views , and there were plenty of sun loungers available. The hotel gym has several machines. It included three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and free weights for a complete workout.

The breakfast buffet included a selection of fruits , pastries, and hot dishes. There were also live cooking stations that prepare eggs to order. The restaurant offers both indoor and outdoor seating options providing flexible dining.

mixed experience at the hotel
limited options small room
the staff at the reception were good.
I was disappointed by the breakfast. The options seemed quite limited. the room was also quite small. additionally, bathroom accessories weren't fully functional (that was a real letdown).

helpful staff excellent cafe return trip
The staff was wonderful. They were helpful and polite. I was like they cared. the hotel has everything you need, including a restaurant, a 24-hour cafe, and room service. i've already booked a return trip for may 2025. it is really one of the nicest hotels i've stayed at.
i almost missed my flight because of the night duty manager at the reception. the checkout took more than 30 minutes. he accused my colleague of staining the carpet in the room. he did not want to refund our deposit and created stories to use the money.

The breakfast offered a very good variety of food to choose from. they had multiple options ensuring everyone found something. i was quite satisfied with the selection available each morning. It made starting the day easy.

it's around a 5-minute walk to the gold souk metro station, a big plus for getting around. lots of nice restaurants are very near the hotel. it is also close to the gold souk, perfect for shopping.

Rooms were super clean and cozy and i loved that. i especially appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness. the room was like a haven each time i returned to it, very welcome. We loved the comfort
