the hotel's location proved very useful since i could easily walk to many attractions without needing taxis. the staff was friendly and helpful with any questions i had. my room was quite spacious and the cleaning service maintained it very well. i also discovered numerous good restaurants in the surrounding area.
the restaurant was not open during the day so i had fewer options for meals within the hotel.

the luas red line was very close.
i requested room service around 8:10 pm wanting to surprise my partner with dessert. i was told it was already over. even though the booklet in the room stated 9 pm, i was told i could order until 8:40 pm. furthermore, i paid extra for a balcony only to discover that smoking was NOT allowed.

The beds provided comfort. A tea kettle allowed heating water for tea and coffee.
The room lacked air conditioning. This made the temperature almost unbearable and sleep difficult. A fan barely helped. I complained about this issue three times, but further complaints seemed pointless.
