a heartfelt haven

helpful staff lovely views easy walk

The staff greeted me with such warmth. They stored my luggage before check-in and after check-out. i found the convenience quite touching! the room provided fine views over the nearby river from the top floor. its location allowed easy walks to most attractions.

the room, though charming, felt quite compact. it was a bit of a squeeze, especially with luggage. i wish there was a bit more space to move around comfortably.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues

thin mattress dirty bedding

The location was good, and I could walk to many attractions.

The room I received was not what I expected. I booked a room with two twin beds and a sofa bed, but I got one main bed and two twin sofa beds. The sofa beds were quite uncomfortable because the mattresses were too thin (I realize there are limitations), and the bedding was dirty upon arrival. Hairs were actually in the 'clean' bedding.

the staff WAS helpful and the location acceptable.

the room lacked drawers, so storage WAS limited. a drain smell emerged from the bathroom at times, not SO pleasant. the hard chair and pouffe were NOT especially cute.

I was happy with the upgrade i got, what a lovely surprise! everyone was very kind and helpful. Checking out was easy. it was very comfortable. I would come back. i had a comfortable experience! the staff was so lovely.

The gym was in another building. I didn't know this when i booked, and it wasn't ideal when it was raining outside. i had to wait a bit to check out, but otherwise, i had a good stay. i wasn't happy about it.

The hotel features laundry facilities and fast wifi. I had no problems with internet access. the in-room kitchen facilities are useful and well equipped. a tv with hdmi input made it easy to connect devices.

The location is decent. It is not right in the busiest part, but it's still very close to everything. the hotel is a short walk from a bus stop that goes to the airport. it is convenient. I appreciated the proximity to everything

the studio felt cramped. storage space was limited for luggage. the bathroom sink drained slowly. the ventilation system was noisy, causing some discomfort during the night.

i appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. i was able to prepare my own meals with ease. the location proved very convenient to get to the first bus stop coming from the airport. laundry facilities were available too, very useful.

i found that the third bed needed to be made upon arrival. i had to prepare the sofa bed myself. this felt a bit unexpected considering the price i paid. i also found the room to be on the smaller side. the table made it difficult to access the refrigerator.
