The room was clean. The transportation options nearby were convenient.

The fire alarm beeped constantly. Staff said they could not turn it off. The beeping continued every 2 seconds. It made sleep impossible. We were offered another room. That room had the same problem.

The location is great, very walkable to many sites. the staff was wonderful and very helpful to me. the breakfast was first rate, much better than expected. the hotel is clean and i safety was good. Kudos to the housekeepers.

the tv remote in the room didn't work. i let the front desk know, so hopefully they can fix it

I found the location very convenient, within walking distance to many attractions. the staff was pleasant and helpful. Andrea at the front desk was especially cute. the breakfast included a good variety of options, a great start to the day, though the hotel does get busy.

the lack of storage in the room was inconvenient. i had to live out of my suitcase on the floor for the entire stay. the window isn't soundproof.

I had some problems . The TV remote did not work, annoying. I found some drink vouchers in my room. Those drink vouchers were not for me, so I returned them to reception. You would think they would have let me use them as a thank you for being honest?
