Surprise, what a find!

in room washer safe reception helpful staff area knowledge

The room was great. The provided washer in the room was a plus. I felt safe because the reception operate for 24 hours. Helpful staff provided knowledge about the area.

I think the cafe and bar downstairs is now closed. This was never mentioned to me before.

The hotel included a coffee shop downstairs. It is called Charlie and seemed very popular. They appear to run out of stock sometimes, a shame, it is convenient.

The room was well-equipped with kitchen facilities. I found a good-sized room, better than a standard hotel room. The location is super convenient for exploring attractions. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioning was not cold enough. This made sleeping slightly uncomfortable.

The room included a kitchen. It had a fridge and a dishwasher. The front desk staff was very friendly. They assisted us greatly. The hotel location is central. Many pubs and restaurants stay within walking distance. The front desk team works 24 hours. They are very helpful.

The hotel charged extra for a late check out. It added an unexpected cost.

the lobby had a coffee bar, convenient.

The room lacked proper cleaning. I found rings from glasses on the nightstand. bags of food were on the side of the sofa. also, the towel rack in the bathroom didn't work.
