Guests can make external or internal calls to 24-hour room-service, management, or housekeeping. Superior Special Access rooms include a Rydges Dream King Bed, which can be split into 2 King Single Beds upon request, and an ensuite with a modified bathroom featuring a step-in shower, shower handrail and bolted shower seat. Some rooms feature king-sized Rydges Dream Beds, open-plan bathrooms with separate showers, workstations, broadband Internet, and chrome casting.

Smithy's Bar, located on ground level just 181 steps from Sydney Airport's International Terminal, is open daily for casual a-la-carte dining across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering world-class coffee, cocktails, Aussie and boutique beers, and share plates. Cloud 9 Rooftop Bar and terrace offers views across the airport runway, Port Botany, and the Sydney skyline, serving Australian cocktails.

Guests can enjoy a range of facilities, including a coin-operated laundry, 24-hour gym access, and a lobby library with computer access and printing facilities. Rydges Sydney Airport Hotel is 100 metres from the International Airport. Parking is available at the Sydney International Airport Terminal parking station, located directly behind the hotel. The 400 and 420 buses allow passengers to easily travel between the International Terminal T1 and Domestic Terminals T2 and T3. The last bus service departs the T1 International and T2/T3 Domestic Terminals at 9:30pm.

the location was undeniably convenient for accessing the international airport. i found it useful for catching my early morning flight.

the noise level was a significant issue. i could hear doors opening and closing, as well as conversations from the hallway and adjacent rooms. this made it difficult to get a good night's sleep before my flight.

the hotel is very close to the international terminal. i arrived in the morning and i was able to check into my room early at noon. this was a great start to my stay i really appreciated it.

the walls were not very soundproof. i could hear noise from the hallway during the night. the bed was too soft this made it difficult for me to sleep well.

The restaurant experience was not smooth. i was asked to use a qr code to order, a system that apparently was new and causing issues. my order was not received, and i had to attempt it multiple times. it was eventually sorted, but it was a hassle. also, the carpet seemed worn. it really needed a good shampooing. It looked a little sad, to be honest.
