clean room simple access quick address modern hotel
i found the room very clean on arrival. the hotel location allowed simple access to many places. the staff addressed a minor issue quickly. i liked the modern hotel with its convenient location.
the pipe to the tap makes a little noise when turned on.

spacious room harbour view fantastic assistance
The room was spacious and super clean. i especially loved the harbour view from my window at night. It was wonderful. the front desk staff were so lovely and offered fantastic assistance, i was really happy!

The hotel is opposite a tram stop, this made travelling very easy. china town is only 10 minutes walk. It is very convenient. you can literally walk everywhere from this location.

the champagne bar is one of the features. for bar snacks, i liked the pork skewer. the food at atelier was amazing. breakfast offers many options to choose from.

the hotel features a gym. the pool is pleasant and also has a nice view, what a bonus! there is convention light rail stop just next to the hotel.

fantastic stay at the harbour
convenient location nearby restaurants modern design
the hotel location was convenient. i could easily access the nearby ferry terminal. i found many restaurants close by, a huge plus. the modern design throughout the hotel was visually appealing.
The minibar lacked pricing information. Neither the app nor a print copy in the room listed costs.

the staff was very accommodating . they assisted with car bookings and room service orders. the valet parking service worked efficiently, ensuring smooth arrivals and departures.
