the room felt somewhat aged i noticed some dirty carpet. i also observed a scratch on the paint it detracted from the overall appearance.

I found the staff quite friendly, and the free shuttle service was very helpful. the dinner at the restaurant was a nice treat, complete with a complimentary bottle of wine (a very welcome surprise!). i also appreciated the free kitkats and potato crisps provided in the room. That was a really nice touch.

the bathroom fan was unusually noisy. it made it a little difficult to sleep soundly through the night.

I loved the service they gave me in picking me up and dropping me back to the airport terminal. It's the reason I selected it. The onsite restaurant offers delicious meals and I enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable.

Late night arrival I discoverd very little lighting. It took a long way to get to my room that was far from reception. Room was basic, but the bathroom required a good and thorough clean and I did not appreciate this detail.
