Harbour Bridge Views and Really good Service!

I loved the unique location right on the water. The views of the Harbour Bridge are fine. The outdoor restaurant offered some delicious meals.. especially the calamari. Noah from the concierge team gave us excellent recommendations for local attractions.
The narrow undercover pickup area can be a bit tricky if it rains.

jasmine gave me a warm welcome after my flight she made checking in a treat the rooms were spacious enough with views of the harbour the bed and pillows allowed a restful sleep. i found the location convenient for exploring the rocks and harbour. eugene the concierge resolved a ticket issue with a smile i also appreciated vanessa's hospitality during drinks and breakfast.
i overheard showering from the room next door the soundproofing seemed inadequate for a hotel of this caliber my room had a connecting door this let light leak through the gap beneath the door the shower also had a leak. i was disappointed i could hear activity from nearby rooms. i also noticed some light seepage.

the location was acceptable with its proximity to the harbour.
The noise levels were high. People were slamming doors at all hours. furthermore, the room design lacked practicality, especially concerning storage. the closet was too small, and there was no proper luggage rack, indicating a lack of consideration ' needs.

the location was excellent! being on the water was beautiful.
The room was dirty and dusty. i found thick dust on top of the wardrobe. the black cups in the bathroom had dust on them. also, the adjoining room door offered zero noise protection from next door. I could hear every single sound from next door, including toilet visits.
