The check in staff member seemed lovely. They were accommodating. Breakfast buffet is really a must do here. It was GREAT.
The room was very noisy. The room also felt very cold even after adjusting the air temperature. It would revert back to cold every time i changed it. Too much bother.

The upgrade to the Adored Suite was a good surprise. I appreciated the modern technology within the room. The bathroom felt especially luxurious. I liked the lounge area. Its seclusion from the bedroom added to the private feel. I stretched out and relaxed on the lounge instead of sitting on a bed.
The gym had two treadmills and two bikes, but one of the bikes was out of order.

The breakfast buffet offered a really nice spread. It's located next door at Harvest Cafe. I found it convenient being in a building called the Star, offering shops and dining.

The staff were always friendly and cute. I noticed their professional approach during our daily clean. I really appreciated the attention to detail with the bed turn-down service.

The outdoor pool on the fifth floor was enjoyable. I found it well-kept and relaxing. The hotel is in a great location. I was close to public transport and various attractions.

The room featured wireless phone chargers built into the bedside tables. Soft lights turned on automatically in the bathroom at night, a nice touch. Electric drapes were included, and the technology was simple to use.
The shower holder was loose. It would fly back and hit against the wall if I used the handheld shower only. I also had trouble adjusting the room temperature because it kept reverting back to cold.

the jewel suite was really excellent. the modern technology throughout the room was excellent. i loved the luxurious bathroom and found it to be a dream, especially the rainfall shower.
The breakfast buffet required leaving the building. That was slightly inconvenient.

the location is quite central. a supermarket is directly opposite the hotel, very handy for any quick needs. there is a tram station providing quick access to the city center in about ten minutes.

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary during this stay. the hotel surprised us with really good service. an upgrade to the adore beautiful suite. It had modern technology throughout and a luxurious bathroom. the lounge area allowed us to really relax. the bedroom's quiet seclusion was also great!

The staff was lovely and attentive. They handled a request to see a doctor in the early hours with great care, even contacting my wife and providing a fruit platter to ensure she ate. it was very thoughtful.

the adore beautiful suite was spacious and luxurious! it included all amenities with great beds and amazing cleaning. everything was digitalised, from opening curtains with a button to a magsafe charger near the beds.

There is a gym, though it is basic. It could use an adjustable bench, but the pool was a highlight. we also used a pool from the next door hotel, and we walked everywhere from the hotel because it's easy

the staff were attentive to every detail. The room was clean. The atmosphere of the lobby felt luxurious. I felt pampered throughout my stay.
It took them three days to respond. nothing was mentioned at check-in! no upgrade was offered.
