helpful staff great job perfect service broken toilet slight smell dark room

The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, especially Mr Sohail Tanveer. He was a nice guy. We asked for changes to the bed settings, and he did a GREAT job. The cleaning service was also perfect. Zeeshan, Hashan, and Jamal were always available when needed.

The toilet in my room was broken. That was quite annoying. I noticed a slight smell in the kitchen. It wasn't pleasant. The apartment room I booked seemed a little dark, and I think it needed a refurbishment.

The room included two sinks and a rainfall shower. Daily housekeeping left the room super clean each day. The front desk staff was approachable and accommodating during check-in. I found the staff to be very helpful throughout the stay.

The room lacked some kitchenware.

stale smell stained mattresses

the reception provided answers to my questions. its proximity to shops IS convenient. cleaners were kind and provided my needs.

the stale smell in the room I occupied was bothersome. it lingered despite ventilation efforts. the balcony door also failed to lock, which worried ME. the mattresses showed noticeable stains.

The location was convenient enough. I could easily find transportation.

Cleanliness was a real issue. Small cockroaches were everywhere in the room. Despite my repeated requests, the reception never sprayed the room with insecticides.

Authentic Experience in the Heart of the City

cultural flavor easy access helpful staff

I found the Ghanaian restaurant on the premises added a special cultural flavor to my stay. The location allowed me to explore the city's traditional side and reach modern attractions. Grabbing a cab was easy and the nearby metro was very accessible. The staff was helpful every step of the way!!!

The room material arrangement was unsatisfactory. Chairs obstructed the TV. I had to adjust my position to avoid hitting my head.
