my room was quite spacious. the cafe in lobby had tasty food. i found the location near to metro a big plus.
the parking access was not easy. the hot water did not work even when the heater was on.

The staff were helpful upon arrival with directions and information on local spots.
I found the room needed more attention to detail. Some of the furniture seemed stained and a little worn.

The hotel's location is quite convenient for travellers. It is near to transport links. The views toward the water from my room were excellent. My city view studio room was spacious.
Some of the furniture showed wear.

The suite was spacious and quiet. It ensured a restful sleep. I also found the location convenient. Deira City Centre retail area was easily accessible. The rooftop pool offered excellent refreshment, I swam there twice..
The scent used in the hotel was strong, it might bother some guests.

The room had comfortable beds and pillows. They provided restful sleep. Daily cleaning kept the facilities fresh and orderly. I also liked that I got upgraded to a bigger room.

The breakfast included plentiful fruit and hot meal options. I found it satisfying. An omelette station and a tea selection were available. Breakfast suited my needs.

The hotel features a rooftop restaurant with amazing views! I really enjoyed the views. A pool on the roof is available, a perfect spot for recreation.

The hotel is near the creek, providing nice scenery! Plenty of shops are within walking distance. A metro station is near the hotel. It allows easy access to the area.
