The hotel is conveniently located near the light rail. World Square is also easy to access from this location. Plenty of towels were available in the room, along with bathroom supplies.
The air conditioning was managed by staff, not from within the room. The air conditioner leaked onto the bed and pillow during the night causing a mess.

The location is superb. It is easy to walk to central station. it is also easy to access the city centre. the staff was lovely and friendly. They created an easy atmosphere! i liked the microwave and fridge in the room. It's a fab touch.
The air con is controlled by the hotel. i found this inconvenient because i prefer to manage the temperature myself. the sensors turned it off when i left, and i returned to a hot room. That wasn't great!
