Executive studios include a workstation. Executive family studios accommodate up to four guests with beds for three and a fourth on a sofa bed (additional cost). the location was good and close to everything i wanted to see.
the room had a funky musty smell, i did not like that. i also found someone else's hat on the ground and some trash under the bed, it was not clean at all. the bed sheets seemed like paper, it was really loud when i moved around.

The studio had a great layout with lots of natural light. A balcony was a plus, and it included everything for a self-contained stay. Laundry equipment was available, which I found very useful. The location was excellent, close to the light rail Chinatown stop.
My key fob didn't work when I went to the car park, but the staff reprogrammed it quickly. There was a strong smell in the concierge area. It resembled sewage. I suggest that a fumigation is needed, maybe soon

The hotel includes a pool and a gym, I found the pool area especially refreshing after a long day! It's a real advantage to have these options available on-site.

The hotel is opposite World Square shopping centre. A supermarket is also right across the road. This makes getting groceries and other necessities easy, it's just super convenient.

the location is supremely convenient for getting around! it's close to multiple transport options. the apartment had useful kitchen facilities and a washing machine.. i certainly appreciated that.
housekeeping tried to enter my room at an early hour! i was still asleep. it was disruptive.

The air conditioning seemed stuck in a time warp only running for two hours at a stretch. Summer heat and a prehistoric AC system are not a great mix. The shower threw in a bonus jackhammer concerto every time I dared to use hot water. The noise only got louder with the water temperature so I took some very quick showers.
