The location was excellent, close to chinatown, multiple restaurants, and many shopping spots. i found argelie at the front desk quite friendly. She was efficient upon my check-in. the front desk helped greatly with directions. the hotel ensured a convenient experience.

The bathroom exhaust fan was defective. It made a consistent, somewhat annoying sound.

The room felt quite cramped. There was minimal space. The minibar was empty, and basic amenities were absent (a BIG disappointment). Upon arrival, the reception area confused me, as it seemed like entering through a bar (very strange).

the location offered easy access to key attractions and public transport. the staff showed very nice friendliness and went above to assure i had all i required. i was especially impressed with how clean my room was upon arrival and throughout my stay.

the air conditioning unit was quite noisy during operation. this made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably at times. i think the hotel should examine this problem .

The room felt a bit cramped. There wasn't lots of room to open two bags on the floor!

The hotel is near darling square, a kid-friendly spot. it is also near koreatown, so i could easily explore various shops and restaurants. central sydney is within walking distance. The hotel's location is superb!

the location was quite convenient for getting around.

The room i had was small. Maneuvering around with luggage was a real challenge. there was barely enough space to open my suitcase without it blocking the doorway. also, the air conditioning seemed to only blow hot air, even after i tried adjusting the settings, it made for a stuffy and uncomfortable night.

The front desk staff, specifically jandro and argelia, were very helpful to my family. They assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The location was very convenient to train stations , and some great restaurants are very close by. The room was clean , and cleaning service was every day.

The air conditioning was a bit noisy , but i appreciated that it worked.
