convenient and clean stay
excellent location friendly staff efficient check-in convenient experience
The location was excellent, close to chinatown, multiple restaurants, and many shopping spots. i found argelie at the front desk quite friendly. She was efficient upon my check-in. the front desk helped greatly with directions. the hotel ensured a convenient experience.
The bathroom exhaust fan was defective. It made a consistent, somewhat annoying sound.

The front desk staff was readily available to assist with inquiries and requests. I found them to be helpful with directions and local recommendations, which enhanced my overall stay. they worked very efficiently.

I noticed many diverse asian eateries situated near the hotel, providing ample dining options, however, i didn't eat at the hotel itself. I chose to explore the nearby culinary scene. there are many cafes too.

The queen room was appropriately furnished, offering the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, though the space was not overly generous in size. It suited my needs for a solo trip. the bed was firm.

the hotel benefits from a prime location near chinatown and various shopping areas, and the accessibility to public transportation such as the light rail makes exploring the area quite easy. this proved invaluable. the streets were safe.

The premises looked clean and well-kept. I experienced no issues using the facilities . the hotel provides luggage storage arriving early or departing late. i didn't use the gym.

The location was acceptable.
The room felt quite cramped. There was minimal space. The minibar was empty, and basic amenities were absent (a BIG disappointment). Upon arrival, the reception area confused me, as it seemed like entering through a bar (very strange).

wonderful stay!
key attractions friendly staff
the location offered easy access to key attractions and public transport. the staff showed very nice friendliness and went above to assure i had all i required. i was especially impressed with how clean my room was upon arrival and throughout my stay.
the air conditioning unit was quite noisy during operation. this made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably at times. i think the hotel should examine this problem .

The queen room included a comfortable queen bed and a modern bathroom, designed with great attention to detail. It has contemporary finishes, a rainfall shower, and premium toiletries, all adding a touch of luxury. i think the room was beautiful.

mixed feelings about this stay
small room ineffective air conditioning
the location was quite convenient for getting around.
The room i had was small. Maneuvering around with luggage was a real challenge. there was barely enough space to open my suitcase without it blocking the doorway. also, the air conditioning seemed to only blow hot air, even after i tried adjusting the settings, it made for a stuffy and uncomfortable night.

helpful staff convenient location daily cleaning great restaurants
The front desk staff, specifically jandro and argelia, were very helpful to my family. They assisted us with directions and answered our questions. The location was very convenient to train stations , and some great restaurants are very close by. The room was clean , and cleaning service was every day.
The air conditioning was a bit noisy , but i appreciated that it worked.

The room had a queen-sized bed with soft linens , two bedside tables , and lamps. There was a mini-fridge available and a coffee maker. The bathroom included fluffy towels and essential toiletries.

The hotel is close to several train stations , providing easy access to transportation. Many restaurants and shops are within walking distance of the building. The aquarium is a short walk and so are bus stops.

The front desk staff were very responsive to requests and provided helpful information. Check-in was efficient , and the staff spoke several languages. Staff members offered directions , and helpful tips.
