the location suited my needs for getting around.
The bathroom looked quite dated. the shower pressure was also very weak. worst of all, i discovered my room had an adjoining door to the next room. I could hear everything happening next door. this impacted my ability to rest comfortably.

i appreciated the convenient location with easy access to many attractions. the room was spacious (i really needed it!) and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i found the onsite parking easy and well-priced, a great advantage in such a central area.
the bathroom ventilation seemed inadequate, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel offers a nice little gym with equipment for basic workouts. i saw a guest laundry available for use, very practical for longer stays. breakfast service was available though i didn't try it.

the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as i could see, always ready to assist. they provided good advice about getting around the area, which i found useful. i also stored my luggage before check-in.

the hotel's location is very central (and close to st james and museum train lines), allowing easy access to various parts of the city. there is a supermarket just around the corner, convenient. many cafes and restaurants are nearby.

The location allowed convenient access to many attractions, a short walk to the shopping area, a great experience. The view was iconic. I found the room spacious and very comfortable with a seating area, and I loved sitting and taking in the view. The bed was very comfortable.
The steam room showed mould, and the walls seemed to be peeling.

The room featured a large picture window, the seating area was perfect, and the king-size bed ensured a restful sleep, so I woke up feeling refreshed each day. The room also included blackout curtains, and these ensured a dark sleeping environment.

The staff provided assistance with directions, and they were always willing to offer recommendations for local restaurants, I enjoyed their recommendations. They promptly addressed my requests and ensured that my stay was problem-free, this meant a lot to me.

Onsite parking offered convenience. it provided secure storage for vehicles. The feature was very reassuring. The fitness center had modern equipment, I could keep up with my workout routine, it was very convenient, and the breakfast buffet had wide selection.
