good location and clean place
great locationfriendly staffbad fridge
location is excellent and cleaness is perfect. staff are friendly. i appreciated the supermarket opposite the hotel. i liked the friendly staff. it's well located, close to train station, shops and restaurants.
cleaners start cleaning loudly early. fridge stunk ready bad inside. i can't open the window and no extraction fan in the bathroom so no way to get any fresh air. there is no door on the shower so the whole bathroom gets wet taking a shower.

the hotel features a bus stop right in front. it also sits within a short walk, approximately ten minutes, to Hyde Park or Town Hall. the location is perfect for local transport.

friendly staffincorrect roommissing wardrobe
the staff were friendly.
the room was not what i booked through the website. i booked a room with one double bed and one bunk bed for children, but i got a small room with two bunk beds instead. there were no wardrobes, and the duvet lacked a cover. i am doubtful about this hotel's standards.

The location works well, especially for accessing the central business district. Public transport is nearby. I found many dining options close to the hotel. The amazing views of the harbour bridge were a bonus.
