helpful staff fun decor valet service luggage issue
i found the staff were smiling and very helpful. the decor was a hit with me (i really appreciated the attention to detail).
the valet service felt a little unorganized. i had to take my luggage myself from my car to my room after check in, and they kept calling to ask about the description of my luggage.
