The hotel has many restaurants. I enjoyed the variety of dining options. the gym features modern equipment. I found it easy to maintain my workout routine. the staff was always available to assist with requests. the proximity to the airport made my transit very smooth.
I did find the signage a little confusing. I needed some time to navigate the large complex.

Check-in took a while. I had to wait for 30 minutes, EACH person ahead of me took at least 10 minutes (they were short staffed i guess).

the staff provided super helpful service. nicholas especially helped me catch the airport shuttle bus on time. the breakfast was great. the room was clean.
The room smelled bad. there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. the water from the shower was not stable. It alternated between very hot and cold water.
