i stayed in an executive room. it had a balcony with creek view. lounge access was included with my stay.

Average experience. Some issues arose
flashing light locked door
the gym had a lot of equipment. i made use of it daily.
i found a flashing light behind the tv screen at night. this disturbed my sleep. i reported this. the door to the balcony was locked.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of foods. The room provided a nice view of the creek. I found the staff friendly and accomodating.
The pool bar service was not always prompt.

friendly staff good ambience
the staff was so friendly. the cleaner for my room, musphakeen, was amazing! i also enjoyed the overall facilities. the ambience was good!
The rooms were average and lacked slippers. What a pity.

wonderful stay!
excellent breakfast warm staff nice stay
the location has close proximity to water activities yet there is no nearby beach. breakfast was really excellent and upto my expectations. the Staff provided service with a smile. Overall i had a nice stay.
natural LIGHTING was not really good therefore one must keep the lights turned on.

My executive room had a balcony. It gave creek views and lounge access. the room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area. It also featured complimentary Wi-Fi and a large tv.

the hotel staff were attentive and responsive to requests. housekeeping maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. the concierge services are very helpful with local information and travel arrangements i found.
