i found the location convenient for accessing the mall and nearby attractions.. the attention to detail impressed me, especially the cleanliness throughout the hotel. the room itself was comfortable, and i particularly enjoyed the fountain view. staff members were consistently friendly and helpful.

during breakfast, i noticed some delays with coffee orders, a minor inconvenience when the hotel was busy.
