dedicated staff clean room great service
i appreciated the staff's dedication to making my stay comfortable. pushpa rani, abhay singh, anwar rasel, natasha, thaha, and rajesh at concierge gave great service. the housekeeping staff ensured my room was clean and fresh, despite the high occupancy.
the breakfast experience on the 25th floor revolving restaurant did not meet expectations.

superb breakfast supportive staff fast elevator slow room service hard bed uncomfortable bed
The breakfast was superb. i enjoyed the wide selection offered. the hotel staff were consistently supportive. elevators were fast and always available. i never waited long.
Room service felt slow. the additional bed for my daughter was as hard as a brick. It was not comfortable. i requested another bed because the first was not suitable for sleeping.

The breakfast had a very good selection! The staff was helpful and friendly, offering quick assistance whenever needed. The location provided convenient access to transportation, simplifying travel. I liked updated equipment at the gym.
The pool only receives direct sunlight until around 2 PM, so plan accordingly for your tanning sessions.

i found the location quite convenient. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the breakfast selection offered good variety and quality. i also used the gym with modern equipment.
during my visit, i noticed that the sun exposure around the pool was limited to the earlier part of the day.

The breakfast buffet presented many choices including both western and eastern dishes. The presentation was appealing and the area was kept clean. i saw attentive servers readily available during peak hours. everything tasted fresh.

worn furnishing limited options
the location was acceptable near many shops
i was disappointed with the room furnishings they looked old and worn the cleanliness was also an issue i found dust in corners and stains on the carpet breakfast options were limited and the area felt overcrowded and uncomfortable it was not a great experience.
