i received a warm welcome upon arrival. the reception staff, especially maisaa and israa, were really good. they provided excellent service and paid great attention to detail, and i am very grateful for it. their hospitality.
the check-in process was quite lengthy. i waited about 20 minutes for everything to be organised. also, it can take up to 14 days to have a hold removed from my credit card after using it for the deposit. i found this inconvenient.

my stay had some issues. the gym was smaller than i expected. it lacked enough machines for a proper workout. also, the breakfast buffet wasn't as excellent. the selection felt limited, and the quality of some items seemed average (i really wanted some good pastries).
