transportation issue limited menu
I encountered a couple of problems . The lack of readily available transportation options was particularly frustrating. Finding a reliable taxi or ride-sharing service proved to be a MAJOR hassle, especially late at night. I also found the in-room dining menu to be somewhat limited, with fewer choices than I expected (i was hungry!).

Fantastic stay!
breakfast selection discounted stay helpful assistance
I REALLY enjoyed the breakfast selection. The variety was great. Ranjan offered me a complimentary breakfast, I appreciated it VERY much. he arranged a discounted extended stay and helped with printouts I needed.
The lobby was quite loud and crowded with many people. I asked for a quiet room during check-in.

The room was very clean and tidy, I appreciated that. Towels felt soft and clean. This was REALLY appreciated. Amenities and supplies were replenished daily. It was convenient.

slippery tiles inadequate mats
The complimentary shuttle service was helpful.
The bathroom tiles were too slippery, especially when wet. I had a terrible fall. Bathroom mats were just towels and this combination resulted in a fractured knee cap. My vacation was ruined as a result.

Acceptable, but Some Issues
good variety amazing gym room intrusion early hour
The gym was amazing and had a good variety of equipment.
I was awakened rudely at 2:00 a.m. by someone trying to enter my room with a key. It frightened me! I was informed it was housekeeping, but I did not believe it, I was alone, and I am a single lady.

Excellent Experience Close to the Airport
excellent service clean room excellent options convenient transfer
The reception provided excellent service. The team addressed all my needs efficiently. My room was clean. Azeem did a great job maintaining it. The breakfast and dinner options were excellent. The airport transfer was very convenient, arriving promptly.
The pool area was adjacent to a passage, which detracted slightly from the ambiance.

The gym has several treadmills and stationary bikes providing options for cardio. It also features a selection of weight machines. The pool area includes twenty loungers ensuring adequate space for relaxation. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle.
