The room had all needed amenities and was very clean. The large tv offered many channel options, THAT was lovely.
The gym did not have clear instructions for using some equipment. That's all.

The location was convenient, only minutes from the airport. The lobby looked very excellent. The check-in process was prompt, with a cute staff. The staff really were really good too.
Sadly, i was disappointed with the executive lounge . The food and drink options seemed mediocre. The white wine was not chilled at all. I expected a higher standard, given the hotel's reputation.

The breakfast spread was very nice. It had so many options. Everything was freshly made. I really enjoyed the amazing drinks prepared by Jason from the lounge. He is a great bartender!
The unconventional water bottles were difficult to open. Guests needed assistance, inconvenient. It looked like a wine bottle.
