Ms. Saundarya, the Horticulture in-charge, provided excellent service. She packed saplings of a Birds paradise plant for my journey. The New Year party featured superb food and beverages. The breakfast spread impressed me. It was extensive.
I found that the hotel was spread around a big distance.

my room was clean, and it had a modern design. i found the staff to be helpful and responsive to my requests. the airport shuttle service was timely and efficient, which i appreciated. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options.
i found the gym to be somewhat crowded during peak hours, making it difficult to access some of the equipment.

the location proved convenient, especially with its proximity to the airport terminal.
my room showed its age with worn doors and cupboards, this is not what i expect. finding limited availability of female therapists at the spa added to my dissatisfaction. i was there on october 4, 2024 and couldn't get a female therapist. these issues need addressing for a premium experience.
