the bus service to the hotel from heathrow was great. check-in was quick and easy, so friendly. the breakfast was amazing!!! the scrambled eggs were some of the best i've ever tasted.
they charge extra for parking, i understand many hotels do this. after returning home, i received a parking violation from the car rental company. i had to contact the hotel, it was not worth the hassle.

The staff were so helpful telling us about travel to the airport. uber was actually the best deal for us two besides the local bus which was handy. the beds were so comfortable. I had such a great sleep and really enjoyed my morning coffee in the room!
The pillow case had a bad smell. It wasn't changed! the room also felt quite dark, which wasn't ideal.

The location is close to the airport.
The promised shuttle did not go to Terminal 4. I paid £18 each way and this is supposed to be an airport hotel. The room had a tobacco smell and the rug was dirty.
