the staff are so helpful and i found them friendly too. the hotel has a location really close to the airport. it was only a short walk, about three minutes, from baggage claim to the lobby. i thought the convenience was amazing for early flights.

the indoor pool is smaller than i had anticipated. i wished it was bigger for swimming laps.

The room looked good at first, but it didn't quite live up to expectations. A major issue was with the safe. It was locked when I arrived, and I needed to call security to get it opened, this took some time. It was a disappointing view. These things did detract from the overall experience, especially considering the hotel's reputation.

location was convenient. it was meters from the arrivals hall. rooms were well stocked with amenities. the spa, the pool and the gym had excellent sunset views over the airport and johannesburg.

the minibar didn't have any beer. i left a note to add some but nothing happened.

hotel location is very convenient for flight connections. rooms had a comfortable bed and a separate bath and shower, nice. all staff members were helpful and cute, it was a good stay.

the breakfast service was slow. it took a long time to be seated and for the food to arrive. i had to rush to make my flight as a result.
