the location is convenient since it is connected to the airport.
I found the housekeeping service unacceptable. Staff were noisy and inattentive, disrupting my sleep. furthermore, the room lacked basic amenities. It had no bottled water in the fridge and no iron with ironing board.

I was really annoyed that the room didn't have shampoo. That's a basic thing! i also found the price too high considering breakfast wasn't even included. i feel like i paid just for the convenience of the location, and that's frustrating.

early disturbancenoisy staff
then housekeeping disturbed me early despite my late checkout that was frustrating they knocked loudly at 8 am. also the housekeeping staff were noisy in the hallways shouting and playing videos.

The location is amazing because you can walk directly from the airport terminal. the front desk staff were cheerful! check-in was simple and efficient. the hotel maintains a high level of cleanliness, which i appreciated. the room was totally up-to-date.
The room service ordering process was a bit difficult. There was no number clearly displayed anywhere to call. i finally found the number, after sending a message to reception. it took some effort

The gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. Guests can maintain their fitness routine. the pool area provides a space to relax with twenty loungers available. a shaded section helps protect guests from the sun.
