excellent experience
great location accessible area helpful staff
the location is just great it allowed easy access to various attractions i planned to see i also found the surrounding area quite accessible for enjoyable walks the staff was really nice and helpful when i needed assistance the complimentary breakfast had a good variety to start my day well each morning. it included hot items and fresh options
i did experience some minor waits for the elevators during peak hours but i managed to plan my trips accordingly

the reception area was clean and well-kept the staff at the front desk was always quick to respond to my questions it was very easy to get assistance when needed i felt well taken care of.

the fitness center included three treadmills and a set of free weights i used the business center several times it was well-equipped with computers and printers the lobby offered complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day it was a nice touch.

gratifying stay downtown
superb location subway access american options effective personnel
i was grateful for the superb location near times square. quick access to the subway made it easy to get around. breakfast was a real plus, it offered classic american options such as eggs and sausage. front desk personnel were very cute and effective.
the elevators experienced congestion during rush hour, it sometimes caused short waits.

the room was tidy with good housekeeping service. air conditioning keeps a regular temperature. the space accommodates my belongings, it created a useful lodging, and it worked perfectly for my needs.

Excellent Location and Clean Rooms
central location helpful staff
I appreciated the hotel's fantastic location, just a short walk from major attractions (I could even see some from my room!). The room was clean, and the bed provided a good night's sleep. I also found the staff to be friendly and helpful .
The elevators were quite slow during peak hours, especially in the morning. I waited for a long time a few times.

Great Stay Near Everything
satisfying breakfast efficient check-in prompt service friendly staff
The hotel provided a satisfying breakfast daily. Check-in was efficient. I also found the check-out process simple. The housekeeping staff addressed an elevator issue promptly, it was very helpful. I appreciated the friendly service from everyone.
Shower towels seemed smaller than expected for adults though they sufficed for basic use.

Staff members were attentive and responded quickly to requests, assisting with directions. The front desk offered luggage storage before check-in, I found it quite convenient. Their polite demeanor enhanced my experience.

My room included a work desk and ergonomic chair. The breakfast had a good selection of hot items each morning. There was also coffee and tea available in the lobby all day.
The gym did lack natural light.
