I really appreciated the accessible location of the hotel. it was easy to reach many places in the area. the short walk to 5th avenue was great. There were attractions nearby. the staff members were attentive and professional. They took great care of us .

there was often a line, made getting around a bit of a hassle. i think that this is an important thing to solve.

The room was a good size for a solo traveller. it would have even been fine with a travel companion. housekeeping happened almost every day. The towels were changed constantly. even my pajamas were carefully folded on the bed.

The hotel is seconds from everything. It is in a great location. it is perfect right on times square at the center of everything. i felt okay all time at night since there were always people on the door. the location is excellent near fifth avenue.

The staff was more than lovely. Eddie and spencer's team took great care of us. we were warmly welcomed. at departure, they kindly booked us a taxi and helped load our suitcases into the trunk.

i found the location to be very convenient near major attractions. I also liked the quick resolution when I left my keys in the room safe. Raychel and Vicky ensured the shipping process was smooth and efficient.

the breakfast was a bit limited with minimal variation. I did notice the avocado available on the first two days disappeared. it also became busy and i sometimes waited for a table.

the hotel is very close to many attractions and the area felt quite secure. i saw that public transport options are nearby making it easy to explore different parts of the city quickly. the central location provides easy access to shops and restaurants.

i used the gym and noticed it had modern equipment and it was well maintained. The rooftop bar, haven, offered unique views. the hotel had a business center with computers and printers, quite useful.

The staff showed superb service!!! the location was convenient, within walking distance to shows, shopping, and dining. i appreciated that they kept my bag for an extra hour. It was such a thoughtful gesture before i headed to the airport.

I found there wasn't a mirror in the bedroom area, only in the washroom. It was slightly inconvenient when dressing.

I enjoyed an early dinner at the rooftop bar. The food was amazing!!! the atmosphere was great, and the service perfect. the lobby always has coffee and water available, a simple touch with great impact.

The hotel boasts a superb location, close to attractions. I found the staff helpful. They always were very good. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight... the food was high quality and plentiful.

I did notice that breakfast options are somewhat limited and could use more variety. I hope the hotel considers adding more hot items to the menu in the future.
