Guests get a complimentary round of Bubbles and Pistachio Baklava at IRIS from Tuesday to Saturday with the purchase of any entrée.

the location provides easy access to various attractions. complimentary coffee was available each morning and wine in the evening. the hotel provided good value.
the room heater was noisy and difficult to regulate, i found this annoying .

great broadway access
great location friendly staff comfortable feeling
I appreciated the hotel's location. it was close to broadway shows and times square. It was surprisingly quiet. i found the staff friendly, willing to help with luggage. the porter even helped schedule my ride back to the airport. I felt very comfortable.

The room offered a king-sized bed and comfortable pillows. excellent hot water with strong pressure was available. warm blankets ensured a restful sleep. I really enjoyed it.

the gym is located in the basement. it is well-kept with water bottles and towels available . you can access the gym using the third elevator on the right closest to the bar.

Excellent Experience!
helpful staff complimentary beverage large mirror
The staff were really pleasant and always ready to assist with baggage and airport taxi arrangements. I really enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea offered upon arrival. It was so refreshing. My room included an excellent large mirror and complimentary toiletries, which I greatly appreciated. Bottled water was also supplied daily, and that was a great bonus!
The bathroom door handle was loose, and the door wouldn't stay securely closed. This needs some attention.

Free coffee and tea are available in the morning, and I found this service quite nice. Complimentary fruit is accessible during the day, a thoughtful touch. The complimentary wine between 5 and 6 pm was AMAZING!!!

The location is excellent and provides easy access to various points of interest. I found that the hotel is a short walk from Times Square and Broadway. This convenient positioning allowed me to explore many attractions with ease.
