super central stay!

central terminal safe location friendly staff

i was steps from grand central terminal it was so easy to get around the city. the location felt safe and convenient with plenty of places to grab a quick bite nearby. the friendly staff made check-in and check-out quick and easy.

compact stay with notable downsides

tiny space poor insulation

The room size was quite a shock. I was like i was perpetually bumping into something, with barely enough space to maneuver, it was tiny. also, the noise insulation left much to be desired. i could hear conversations and street noise quite clearly. it was all very annoying honestly.

friendly staff free coffee

i found the staff helpful and friendly each morning. free coffee service was a nice touch. i could store my luggage after checkout which was useful. the room was minimalist yet functional with everything i needed for my solo trip.

the room size made it somewhat challenging to work comfortably. the small desk left little room after placing my laptop. i had to move the chair to fully open the door.

fantastic stay!

helpful staff clean room central location

i found the staff cute and helpful. kjay showed me the water station upon arrival (a very nice touch!). my room, a queen pod on the 13th floor, was very clean and contained shampoo, soap, and enough towels. the central location felt safe, and i would come back.

the room was slightly small, making it a bit tricky to manage luggage for two people.

great location friendly staff easy check-in

i found the location to be really superb! it was convenient to everything. the staff was efficient and friendly. check-in and check-out were easy and quick.
