Suites include sofas, deep soaking tubs, and furnished balconies. Connecting rooms are available to create two- or three-bedroom suites. Rooms include custom-made Le Labo bath amenities and high-speed Wi-Fi, 49-inch flat-screen HDTVs with cable, and Bluetooth speakers. Bathrooms feature natural stone, enclosed rainforest showers, and soaking tubs.

Michelin-starred dining

The hotel has four dining options designed by Michelin-starred Chef John Fraser. The Terrace and Outdoor Gardens serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering a menu that includes vegetable dishes. 701West is a signature restaurant with a three-course prix fixe and a la carte menu, plus an extensive Old World wine list. the hotel has a great location! it is very close to times square and many landmarks. the room was very tidy and it was in excellent condition. the staff gave recommendations on places to visit nearby, that was very helpful.

I asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste, but they never arrived. the rooms are very small. The finishes in the bathroom seem cheap. closet space is also very small, and there is wasted space next to the closet.

the location was pretty great! it was close to many things. the cleanliness was another good thing. the room was tidy and in good condition. the employees were friendly and gave good recommendations

The front desk wasn't friendly. I wasn't notified of the amenity fee i was charged. i asked for a toothbrush and toothpaste. they said they would send it to my room. it never came. the closet space was very small

The room included an espresso machine, a very nice touch. I found the view from my room excellent, it was a Lovely vista of the area. The front desk staff gave complimentary parting gifts upon my checkout, very appreciated.

The hotel was very clean and the beds provided great comfort .

The description mentioned a Times Square view, I did not get this. Much of the staff seemed indifferent, they made little effort to help me or explain things. My room showed signs of wear and tear with several items being overpriced.
