the location was amazing for attractions and subway access staff were friendly i also appreciated that they held our luggage for me i found that to be very helpful
i found that the carpets were dirty in the room the gym mat needed replacement the shape was bad i would have liked to see improvements in cleanliness and better gym equipment

i found the location convenient it was close to central park and several subway stations i also appreciated the friendly staff they were always ready to assist with directions and recommendations the cleanliness of my room was amazing i found the bed very comfortable the hotel offers a good base for exploring the city

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to the attractions.
I waited extended periods. My room lacked basic amenities such as complimentary water. I found this particularly frustrating given the price i paid. The absence of this simple service diminished my experience.
