the location worked out well. it was an 8 minute walk to grand central terminal. my room had a decent sized balcony and i liked it. the room itself was also good.
my room smelled a bit strange. i got the room mainly for the balcony, but it was not very clean. the room lighting was too dim. (i prefer brighter rooms).

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to key attractions. I found Times Square to be a short walk away, about five minutes. The Empire State Building and Central Park were also accessible. The walk took about fifteen minutes. The hotel staff were warm and cute. I stayed on the nineteenth floor. My room had a balcony, a nice feature. The communal balcony just outside my room offered a great view. The room was cleaned daily. A mini-bar credit of forty dollars was a nice touch.

There is access to a nice big gym just down the road.. I could get a great workout in. The restaurant downstairs is a big bonus, as is the bar. The front desk staff was amazing.

The rooms are spacious. they are clean. Rooms are well soundproofed. Each room is equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. I found having books and snacks in the room very appealing.

There is a wonderful Jewish bakery next door for Lux and bagels. A restaurant called the reading room operates inside the hotel, but is not associated with it. This restaurant was also excellent, I must say.

The staff was SO friendly and eager to assist with our needs. Marisa were pretty good to ensure our comfort. The room was both comfortable and spacious, offering Really good value for its location. I found the bar very inviting, with doormen that created a cute atmosphere.
The chair and desk in the room could benefit from updates for enhanced comfort and size.

The rooms are notably large for this city, and include nice balconies accessible to all guests. The soundproofing worked well, so the rooms are quiet. Inside, the beds are comfortable.

This hotel benefits from a central spot, very convenient for seeing main attractions. The location provides easy walking access to mid-city areas. I could reach many key locations quickly. The Rockefeller center and Times Square are easily accessible.

i found the location supremely convenient. times square and grand central station WERE easily accessible. the staff greeted me warmly each day. the included breakfast was a DELIGHT, giving a perfect start.
the hallway temperatures were uncomfortably warm, which i FOUND distracting.

The staff were kind Location was convenient.
The room was not good value for the price paid. The balcony I paid extra for had a view of a brick wall with no windows I found that very disappointing.
