natural lightblack-out blindsisland setting
the junior king suite skyline view was spacious with plenty of natural light. black-out blinds kept the room very dark (ideal for sleeping). the island setting made manhattan very accessible, especially with tram and subway options.

The venue felt so nice! the unique decor really stood out. the top bar is amazing! it offers great views. i especially love that the graduate is clean and well decorated. The rooms include nice amenities, such as a blow dryer, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, a mini fridge, and a safe.

the second staff member i spoke to was very helpful with maintenance issues and a room change i needed. all staff members i encountered were kind.

the hotel has easy access to the skytram and subway. it is close to a café where you can find a healthy breakfast at a reasonable price. the cable car provides comfortable transport to the island.

the room was spacious with great light and windows with good black-out blinds. it was very quiet. i could admire the skyline right from my bed and could see the empire state building and chrysler building. the room offers amazing views!

I ate a chicken pot pie at grannie annie's. It tasted awesome! all the food looked really yummy. the breakfast had a coupon that could use a little more variety, but overall, the restaurants are a plus.

the location offers easy access to transportation. the subway and cable car are conveniently accessible with the mta travel pass. i found the bedding very comfortable and regularly changed .
The staff seemed a bit indifferent. i noticed a lack of enthusiasm in greeting guests. housekeeping felt inconsistent. It was a little hit and miss.

the room i got barely looked like the pictures i saw online plus the phone was ancient i mean seriously push buttons who even uses those anymore i couldn't even figure out how to call the front desk and ended up just walking down there like some kind of caveman the staff acted like it was normal or something i guess that's their vibe there at least the a/c worked eventually

The location was acceptable. I got quick transport via the tram.
I found the front desk employees rather impersonal, not exactly rude, but definitely not cute. The absence of coffee or tea in the rooms was disappointing. Plastic cups? Really? For a hotel of this supposed caliber?

The hotel had a convenient location near transportation. The subway access made getting around easy. I found a quiet setting, the island was a quiet contrast to the city bustle. The skyline view offered a great way to start and end each day.

The check-in staff was friendly and provided assistance with directions. The valet parking offered a convenient option. It made arrival and departure smooth. Staff promptly addressed our needs and answered questions.

The hotel's location near the tram offered scenic rides into the city. Subway access was a short walk away. It simplified travel to various attractions. The Roosevelt Island setting was like an oasis away from the noise.

i enjoyed the room. it was the graduate king room and felt very spacious. the front desk staff was really nice too. they went out of their way to help me with directions.
the gym was a little small. it only had two treadmills.
