The hotel features a studio-style room with a king bed and a living area with a sofa. The spacious living room has views of the Queensboro Bridge. The private bedroom has river views of the Manhattan skyline and an expansive bathroom with a deep soaking tub. Rooms also include a flat-screen TV, a private entrance, soundproof walls, and a safe deposit box. Amenities offered are air conditioning, ironing facilities and free toiletries. Select rooms offer city views. All rooms include AM/FM alarm clock and blackout curtains.

Anything at All is the New American lobby restaurant that focuses on seasonality, locality, sustainability and delicious food. Granny Annie's leans into Irish influences, from Guinness behind the bar to bangers and mash and shepherd's pie on the menu. Guests can order the Thanksgiving Burger.
