the rooms were super clean and lovely. the bed was comfortable, i slept very well. dinner and cocktails in the second floor rosevale room were good, i loved the atmosphere there.
My room was tiny. It was the tiniest room i have ever been in!

The location WAS acceptable. It provided convenient access to various attractions.
The room LACKED essential amenities. There was no minibar available, inconvenient for storing drinks. housekeeping was inconsistent. The room was not cleaned daily, and I HAD to request new towels.

The location was superb! It was close to many subway stations, so getting around was wonderfully easy. The rooftop bar provided fabulous views, and the cocktail room was a bonus.
The room was only cleaned once , which I found surprising. I also noticed the noise from the rooftop bar. It was quite loud even on my floor, even with ear plugs.

the location is quite convenient. it is close to broadway but on a side street. a metro station is also nearby. the staff was pleasant and professional.
The room was very small. It is good for one night or two. there was no closet, dresser or chair. i noticed no coffee maker or fridge.

The location was excellent, near many theaters. The staff was responsive, providing great communication. Rooms are standard size, but very quiet compared to others i have stayed in. I found the proximity to Times Square and Broadway theaters excellent. It made attending shows very easy.
I noticed only minor issue, there was limited hanging space for my clothes.

The hotel personnel were cute and efficient, promptly addressing all my requests. This included additional assistance with luggage and immediate responses to inquiries, which contributed positively to my stay.

My room included a comfortable queen bed with fresh linens. I appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. It featured both a shower and complimentary toiletries, replenished daily by attentive housekeeping.
