The location offered easy access to the GWB bus station!!! The Dominican restaurant inside the hotel had great food. I found that to be very convenient. The hotel offered a very warm and clean environment. I also found the staff were pretty good.
There was no place in the room for luggage storage.

the hotel was very clean. the design was great and the rooms were comfy. the restaurant was very nice and the area was very friendly. i really enjoyed my stay there.

the hotel is approximately seven minutes from line 1 station. it is also fifteen minutes from line e. the hotel is close to the george washington bridge.

the staff are all very friendly and kind. they have a little snack bar at the lobby. this snack bar offers a lot of choices. the front desk staff was amazing!!!

The bed and the pillows felt amazing. i don't think i've ever slept so peacefully. the bathroom's are really nice. This is a plus. the hotel offers fine services.

Mixed Experience, Decent, but With Issues

The staff were helpful enough when I asked for assistance.
The housekeeping was VERY inconsistent. The room cleaning was unpredictable, and sometimes no one came at all. Asking at the front desk didn't help. They promised service that didn't happen. The condition of the bathroom was subpar. The shower door leaked, soaking the floor, and the toilet was loose!
