clean roomleftover foodlacking attention
the room was clean and modern, i appreciated that after a long journey.
the executive lounge was a big letdown. the food seemed like leftovers even though happy hour was until 8pm, i ended up eating in the restaurant, it was much better, with better service. attention to detail seemed lacking, this brought the whole stay down.

the bar offered amazing cocktails cranio is a true mixologist i was impressed he knew how to make every drink and even surprised us with drinks i enjoyed. lariisa was a great server she was personable and accommodating plus she brought us popcorn after my long flight. the rooms were clean and fine i appreciated the hotel staff. i found the hotel provided a great location walkable to heathrow terminal 4 over a bridge to get to the underground.

the front desk staff was efficient at check-in. the room was very clean with a comfortable bed, and i appreciated the quiet atmosphere. i found it easy to get to the terminal using the hotel hopper service. the executive lounge offered a good selection of refreshments.
the bar closed relatively early for a friday night, a slight inconvenience.

The location right by terminal 4 was super convenient for my early flight. the staff was helpful and always ready to assist. ayesha at breakfast was especially thoughtful. She noticed i needed help and offered a tray immediately. the food was amazing!!!
