the breakfast had big variety. there were so many options for food. i loved also the free taxi service. this helped me a lot when i arrive.
the reception didnt show me the way to my room, i was lost a little. the hotel have bad location. uber did not find it and i cant go anywhere by foot.

the swimming pool seemed okay, i guess.
the air conditioning acted more like a suggestion than a cooling system. the room seemed like a sauna. also, the noise level at night resembled a rave thanks to some loud neighbors. i wish i had earplugs.

The hotel upgraded my room to a bigger room, and snacks and fruits were waiting for me. I found the breakfast to be good, especially since it starts at 4 a.m. , accommodating early flights. The free transfer to the airport was convenient. The gym had equipment for a workout.
The room corridors had a strong cigarette smell, despite the non-smoking signs posted.

The breakfast had an acceptable selection of items and met expectations.
The shower regulator was BROKEN. The water temperature fluctuated wildly from cold to scalding. It posed a safety hazard, and I reported it, but nothing happened. The room corridors also had a strong smell of cigarette smoke despite the non-smoking signs.

The staff were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel provided a free taxi service to and from the airport (it was quite convenient). I enjoyed a massage at the spa. It was a very relaxing experience. The outdoor pool offered a refreshing escape during the hot afternoons.
I noticed a few ants on the first floor near the entrance.

The free airport shuttle was fantastic. It ran so frequently. my room was spacious and very clean. the pool area was a real treat with plenty of sun loungers. i found the staff very friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile!
i did notice some minor wear and tear in the bathroom, though it didn't really bother me.

the double room featured good quality bedding and a modern style. i had a large flat-screen television. the room also included a mini-fridge and a safe for valuables. there were ample towels and toiletries, too.

The reception staff handled my check-in very quickly and efficiently. That was great! the staff swiftly addressed all my questions. housekeeping kept everything super clean. I really valued that. i definitely felt supported .
