The hotel provided prompt transport from the airport after we landed. Staff members answered our questions patiently and provided helpful assistance. I found the room cleanliness to be satisfactory. The restaurant offered tasty Azerbaijani dishes.

I noticed the toilet lacked a brush throughout my entire stay. Additional drinking water was available only upon specific requests. There was poor coordination regarding airport pickup when I arrived.

The hotel's proximity to the airport is SO convenient. A free shuttle bus is available, made my early morning flight stress-free. My room was spacious with a super comfortable king bed. The super clean bathroom included robes, slippers, and a toothbrush!

The breakfast selection could have had a bit more variety.

The breakfast selection was good it included a lot of choices and the service was wonderful.

I experienced an issue with the bed i got for my child it did not meet safety standards. The hotel only had one proper bed available so my child had to sleep in an unsafe bed. i expected more safety measures.
