Acceptable Airport Hotel, but Improvements Needed

I found some aspects disappointing . The TV location was quite awkward. Viewing it comfortably from anywhere in the room proved difficult. the sound insulation was inadequate. Noise from adjacent rooms was easily audible. I think better soundproofing is essential for a restful stay. There was also a lack of variety at breakfast.

The hotel staff were very helpful. They arranged a taxi from the airport and back. The AC worked great and I appreciate the service. I was given breakfast fifteen minutes early to meet my needs.
The bathroom lacked shelves so there was no space to put my things.

The hotel is close to the airport. A mosque is opposite to it. Many park possibilities are available so guests can conveniently find places to park.

The room are new remodeled. They are super clean. Water is available for free in each room, I did appreciate this a lot, because I drink water very often.

Mr. Aziz was very cooperative. Other desk members were also very helpful. The team arranged taxis to and from the airport. I appreciate this convenience a lot.

I found the staff very helpful. They readily arranged a taxi service to the airport. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. The beds provided great comfort, I slept very well.
The television had an odd placement in the room. This made viewing difficult from most angles. The arrangement seemed inconvenient and distracting.
