The a-la-carte dinner restaurant had very poor service. The server seemed condescending with zero hospitality and no smile (it was quite off-putting). The food was average at best, I would have found better options across the street. I honestly cannot recommend this to anyone.

the air conditioning in my room was a joke. it was stuck at 23 degrees celsius, and no matter what i did, i couldn't adjust it. they offered to unlock the patio door, but that just let in all the street noise and unpleasant smells. the whole thing reminded me of a cheap motel, not a supposed five-star hotel.
